THE NEED:
A new broker joined the Slifer Smith & Frampton team in the summer of 2021 and brought with them a lucrative new development project, they joined in part because our established Development Sales + Consulting division was such a natural fit to get this project across the line. When our team was formally brought aboard they had a full brand package and website, so as the lead designer and strategist I got to work on a suite of sales materials that would help the project sell quickly and painlessly.
THE REMEDY:
I began by creating a set of in-person sales materials that would facilitate the actual transactions. Using my previously developed systems for version-control via online publication I created branded price sheets, FAQs, sales process documents and more. Each piece was available to our sales team in its latest form at any time to make sure every transaction happened smoothly, which proved quite necessary because these homes were flying off the market.
Once we had our sales materials all set to go I designed and copywrote a slew of print and digital ads to inform the Summit County market about this exciting new opportunity. Using the existing brand package I was able to create a compelling look and feel for the homes that were still very early in construction.
THE RESULT:
The market was hot and our team was able to strike at just the right time. Phases 1 & 2 sold out within weeks of going live, the final phase then had to be deliberately rolled out more slowly to meet requirements on just how fast the construction team could deliver the homes.
