I am a Colorado-raised marketing, design, and outdoor industry professional looking to unite the different tracks of my career. Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate

Creative Project Manager: December, 2020 - Present

Leading the central Colorado real estate market, Slifer Smith & Frampton has been building mountain communities since 1965. They operate selling real estate from Aspen to Denver and have been an integral part of these communities since their very inception. Today they are a founding member of Forbes Global Properties, representing the Colorado Rockies on an international stage. As their dedicated, in-house graphic designer I worked across all departments and markets creating a cohesive, approachable brand that worked for high-end second homeowners and first-time buyers alike. In this role, I gained a heavy dose of experience creating unique pieces for both digital and print.

Jobs Done:

• Concepted, copy wrote, and designed prominent print & digital collateral across all divisions
• Managed project queue and supporting design team to ensure timely delivery
• Consulted brokers & leadership on design, brand, and copy strategy to meet their goals
• Led company-level advertising campaigns across all media
• Oversaw budget for corporate printed materials and digital tools for the broker team of over 300 agents

Successes Had:

• Finalized integration of new Forbes Global Properties partnership with existing brand
• Brought unique identity for Development Sales + Consulting Division to market and helped launch 7 new projects across Colorado in 2021
• Overhauled all corporate print & digital collateral and helped the company set another record year of sales in 2021 at $2.5 billion

For the past several years my partner and I decided to take a step back for a bit before we settle down to travel the world and see where our true passions lie. As Marketing Manager at Data Connect I oversaw marketing operations for all three business units and company owned events.
